Refund Policy

We want every customer to enjoy fresh, high‑quality food. If something isn’t right, we’ll do out best to make it right.


When We Offer a Refund or Replacement

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The order is incorrect
  • An item is missing
  • The food is unsafe, spoiled, or undercooked

Please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order and include your order number and a photo if possible.


No Refunds Once Food Has Left the Premises

For dine‑in and pickup orders, we cannot offer refunds once the food has left our restaurant, unless the food is proven to be faulty.


Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Not liking the taste (unless the food is faulty)

Delivery Orders

If your order was placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog, or another delivery service, all refunds must be requested directly through the delivery app.


Allergy Notice

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee allergen‑free meals. Refunds apply only if we fail to follow a clearly stated allergy instruction.
